Pilates Class on Thursday March 26 at 6:30 pm
Pilates is a low-impact mind-body exercise system developed by Joseph Pilates that emphasizes core strength, posture, balance, and flexibility through controlled movements and mindful breathing.
Our instructor will be Renee Beerman. She is a seasoned Pilates instructor whose teaching is grounded in more than three decades of combined experience in Sports Medicine and Pilates. Her approach blends deep anatomical expertise with mindful movement to help participants build strength, resilience, and confidence.
All are welcome, donations are appreciated. Bring a mat if you have one. There will be a limited number of mats on site if you don't have one.
