Pilates is a low-impact mind-body exercise system developed by Joseph Pilates that emphasizes core strength, posture, balance, and flexibility through controlled movements and mindful breathing. This event will be offered on the first Tuesday of each month at 6:00 pm.

 

All are welcome, donations are appreciated. Bring a mat if you have one. There will be a limited number of mats on site if you don't have one.
